Reject the results of the auction qualification decision for the ice factory construction project package, PT Konindo Surati Pokja East Flores
REINHA.com – The auction process for the 2026 Fiscal Year Ice Factory construction project in East Flores Regency has caused problems. PT Konindo Panorama Consultants raised the issue in the tender process for planning the construction of a 10 ton capacity Ice Factory worth IDR 3.5 billion,
In a statement received by this media (Monday, 8/6/2026), PT Konindo Panorama Consultants through letter number 09.c/KPK-PT/Sanggah. Working Group. II/VI/2026. Regarding, Deviations and Manipulation of construction consultancy services for technical planning for the construction of a 10 ton capacity Ice Factory in the working group (Pokja) selection II at UKPBJ East Flores Regency for the 2026 fiscal year.
In PT Konindo’s letter which was copied to the East Flores Regent, East Flores DPRD, East Flores District Prosecutor’s Office, Corruption Eradication Commission in Jakarta, LKPP Kupang, Head of the East Flores Fisheries Service, and Head of the East Flores Development Services Unit (ULP), PT Konindo exposed fraud in the planning auction process when proving qualification documents.
“The point is to reject the results of the announcement of the winner in the Ice Factory construction planning work package issued by Working Group II, because of procedural and legal defects,” emphasized PT Konindo in its letter.
PT Konindo said in its press release that CV Archilogic was the winner in the Ice Factory construction planning work package, as a violation of procedures and regulations.
The reason is, according to the invitation of Working Group II, there are principle things that must be provided by the provider, such as: original qualification documents and their completeness according to the qualification data sent in the SPSE, and those who must be present are the head of the company or the appropriate official in the deed or deed of amendment.
PT Konindo Panorama Consultant on May 19 2026 has provided proof by bringing the completeness according to the pre-qualification document request letter number pokja.2/03.prc.Pabrik Es/2026 dated May 5 2026.
Surprisingly, CV Archilogic was unable to show the original and legalized documents in accordance with the requirements in the qualification data submitted in SPSE, including not being able to prove the Soil Test and Sondir equipment. This, PT Konindo explained, meant that Working Group II should not have carried out further evidence on Cv Archilogic and this winner’s determination had to be canceled by law.
PT Konindo Panorama Consultants also highlighted the poor assessment weighting system carried out by Pokja II which resulted in it being detrimental to the party, including accusing the East Flores ULP Pokja II of carrying out administrative malfeasance, structured and massive manipulation of the proof of qualification documents which placed the Archilogic CV winner.
“We have explained all the strange things, including acts of maladministration and statements by working group II regarding the existence of inappropriate documents in the SPSE in detail in the letter and we will explain them in more detail if there is no response from the East Flores Regional Government,” stressed the PT Chairman. Konindo.
Until this news was published, the Flotim Regency ULP could not be confirmed by the media.***(MB)

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
