According to media monitoring (Thursday, 6/5/2026), the mediation process carried out by the East Flores Police, witnessed by attorney Jeri Ojan, was tense with the presence of Riangkemie Village Head Tomas Lewar without the presence of the victim’s grandfather. The contentious mediation ended with Jeri Ojan’s family submitting a report of fraudulent actions to the East Flores Police Criminal Investigation Unit.
To this media, Ojan Lamawalang’s family, through Evi Ojan, emphasized that the process of reporting this fraudulent act would continue to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Flotim Police.
“We are not playing around with this case and are continuing to monitor the ongoing process at the East Flores Police,” said Evi Ojan.
Evi Ojan, who is known as an NGO activist for environmental and social issues who has been active in Rote Ndao Regency, emphasized that what happened to Jeri Ojan needs to be examined in detail, by paying attention to the stages of the process until Jeri was appointed as a member of the TNI, then experienced a fate as we all know.
As Jeri Ojan’s biological family, continued Evi, anyone involved and taking advantage of the momentum of this matter for their own interests will definitely report it.
Today, said Evi Ojan, there is no other bargaining position other than to complain about the parties mentioned in today’s police report for legal processing.
“Of course, we, the Ojan family, believe in the professionalism of the East Flores Police investigators and the Ojan family will of course monitor this process, so that it runs in accordance with the legal provisions in force in this country,” stressed Evi Ojan.
Regarding what material was reported by Jeri Ojan, until this news was published, Jeri Ojan’s attorney had not provided official information.***(MB)

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
