REIHA.com – Attending the Launching of Tickets for Tourist Transportation Services and Tourism Events organized by the Nuha Waibalun Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group) in Waibalun Village, (Friday 29 May 2026) Head of the East Flores Regency Tourism and Culture Office, Hery Lamawuran, said that the Regional Government of East Flores Regency is always present in every tourism development process in the East Flores region.
Hery explained that the East Flores Tourism and Culture Department focuses on improving human resources for destination management such as Pokdarwis skills training and digital-based promotional concepts.
“Based on Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2013 concerning the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPPDA) which previously produced an academic study on the Larantuka region Tourism Development Master Plan at the East Flores Regency Tourism and Culture Office, the tourism theme was Marine and Religious based Tourism,” said Hery.
According to Hery Lamawuran, the Nuha Waibalun tourist attraction has a fairly complete package of tourist attractions because there is Marine Tourism and Pilgrim/Religious Tourism. Apart from that, other supporting tourist attractions will also develop automatically through creative economic activities in order to support the main activities of these tourist attractions, such as: gastronomy (culinary), handicraft accessories (wastra), ikat weaving groups.
The Head of Disparbud also strongly supports the steps taken by the group of young people in Waibalun Village, in this case the Pokdarwis Nuha Waibalun.
“God has given such a spectacular natural bonus like Waibalun Island, we need creative and innovative power from young people to maximize this potential. Something that is produced based on a sense of belonging is usually eternal and sustainable. The space for creativity and innovation is usually played a lot by young people. Come on, build Lewotanah with your passion,” concluded Hery Lamawuran.***(JMW)

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
