Alleged Corruption in the Ile Boleng IPA Project, Waiwerang Prosecutor’s Office Ensures Determination of TSK in January 2026

REINHA.com – Allegations of corruption in the water management installation (IPA) construction project in Helan Langowuyo village, Ile Boleng District have again generated various public questions regarding the continuity of its handling by the East Flores District Prosecutor’s Office (Flotim) Waiwerang Branch Office.

The reason is that until the end of 2025, news regarding the determination of the suspect in the alleged corruption in the IPA project which caused losses to the State’s finances of IDR 9.5 billion had not yet been conveyed to the public by the Waiwerang Branch Office (Kancab) Flotim Prosecutor’s Office.

Head of the Waiwerang District Prosecutor’s Office (Kancab) Branch Office (Kejari), Emanuel Yuri Gaya Makin, SH, to this media (Sunday, 14/12/2025) answered media questions regarding the further scheduling of the process for handling alleged corruption in the Ile Boleng IPA project.

“The case exposure regarding alleged corruption in the Ile Boleng IPA construction project will be carried out in January 2026,” said Emanuel Makin.

Regarding the stages, Emanuel Makin continued, the technical audit data by the Polytechnic and the financial audit by the new public accountant were submitted to the Waiwerang Prosecutor’s Office so that the process will continue in January 2026.

Regarding the determination of suspects in the alleged corruption in the Ile Boleng IPA development project, said Emanuel Makin, it will still be carried out in January 2026.

“The Waiwerang Prosecutor’s Office ensures that there will be no obstacles. In January 2026, after exposing the case, the determination of suspects in the Ile Boleng IPA construction project will still be carried out,” stressed Emanuel Makin.

Regarding a number of public questions regarding the continuity of handling alleged corruption in the Ile Boleng IPA project, Emanuel Makin stated that the Waiwerang Branch Prosecutor’s Office ensured that all stages had been completed and had gone through all processes and were just waiting for the case to be exposed.

“Continued handling of alleged corruption will certainly continue and there will be no obstacles. All stages of witness examination have been completed and the technical and financial audit data has been held by the Waiwerang branch of the Prosecutor’s Office. In time it will still be presented to the public after exposing the case in January 2026,” explained Emanuel Makin.

Regarding the delay in determining the suspect, Emanuel Makin said, his party only received the results of the audit at the end of the year so that the process of exposing the case regarding the alleged IPA Ile Boleng corruption case will continue in early 2026, concluded the Head of the Waiwerang District Attorney’s Office, Emanuel YGmakin, SH.**(BM)
