Searching BKPSDMD, Flotim Prosecutor’s Office Finds Some Cash

REINHA.com – The East Flores District Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari), conducted a search and confiscation of documents in handling a suspected corruption case at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Bandan Office (BKPSDMD) East Flores district on Friday 14 November 2025.

Handling of this case began when the investigation warrant was issued a month ago (29 October 2025). The East Flores Prosecutor’s Office continues to carry out a series of witness examinations at the investigation stage and raises the status of the alleged 2023, 2024 and 2025 Budget Management corruption case to the investigation stage by carrying out searches and confiscation of documents at the East Flores BKPSDM office.

The Head of the East Flores District Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari), Teddy Rorie, SH.MH through the Head of the Intel Section (Kasi), Mardogan Siregar, SH told this media after the search and confiscation of documents at the BKPSDMD office that the process of searching and confiscating documents today went well.

“This is part of the investigation stage of the alleged corruption case at the BKPSDM office which has started on November 10 2025,” said Mardogan.

The search and confiscation of these documents, continued Mardogan, was to complete the necessary evidence. Where in the previous stages of the investigation, witness statements stated the role of parties who were not willing to submit documents required by the East Flores Prosecutor’s Office.

Mardogan also said that the Flotim Prosecutor’s Office also confiscated a number of documents and cash during the search.

“We also found 30 million in cash in the BKPSDMD head’s RKT room and we have confiscated it,” explained Mardogan.

Regarding the amount of state losses in this alleged corruption case, said Mardogan, the Flotim Prosecutor’s Office has not yet confirmed the details.

“The state losses due to corruption will be conveyed to the public in the next stage, as well as potential suspects, after all stages have been fulfilled,” concluded Mardogan Siregar, SH.

Regarding the schedule for the RKT examination of the head of the East Flores BKPSDMD, until this news was published, no schedule had been issued by the East Flores Prosecutor’s Office.***(BM)
