Feeling cheated, Jeri Ojan’s family complains about the Riangkemie village head to the East Flores Police
REINHA.com – The case of the alleged crime of rape against FL (Victim), a resident of Riangkemie Village, Ile Mandiri District, which was reported to the East Flores Police by the Victim’s Mother and resulted in the detention of Jeri Ojan, a TNI candidate whose graduation was annulled, is rolling again.
Allegations of alleged extortion and fraud against the perpetrator’s family were revealed by the biological mother of Jeri Ojan (the suspect) who met with the media (Wednesday, 6/5/2026).
Jeri Ojan’s biological mother, Agnes Ose Koten, who continues to fight for her son’s fate, spoke about the promise of mediation and the withdrawal of report files submitted by the head of Riangkemie Village when he picked up Rp. 10 million at his residence in Lamawalang Village, Larantuka District.
“The Riangkemie village head (Tomas Lewar, Ed.) initially came to my house and asked to borrow money for his urgent needs, but in the end he ended up asking for money to arrange mediation for the families of FL victims in Riangkemie. My husband and father witnessed it. I handed over IDR 5 million to this village head,” said Agnes Ose Koten.
After some time, continued Agnes Ose Koten, this person from the village head came again to my house and told me in front of the family that another person with the initials DM also asked for Rp. 5 million to facilitate this matter, including costs for withdrawing report files.
“I handed over the second 5 million to this village head,” said Agnes Ose Koten.
Regarding this action, said Agnes Ose Koten, her party has prepared a written report file to the East Florea Police along with evidence.
“We have prepared a report, tomorrow (Thursday, 7/5/2026) we will submit it to the East Flores Police.
Regarding this process, continued Agnes Ose Koten, Ojan Lamawalang’s family hopes that the East Flores Police can respond and follow up on this report in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Separately, the Lewar Raiangkemie tribe, whom this media met in Riangkemie Village, Ile Mandiri District (Wednesday, 6/5/2026) stated that they support the steps taken by Jeri Ojan’s family in this legal effort.
“We condemn the actions of individuals who harm the existence of the Lewar tribe with disgraceful actions and violating legal provisions,” stressed the spokesperson for the Lewar tribe in front of FL’s biological father (the victim).
Basically, explained the spokesperson for the Lewar Riangkemie tribe, we as a large family hope that Jeri Ojan’s child can serve as a State Servant and become a member of the TNI and this issue can be handled according to Lamaholot custom between the Lewar tribe in Riangkemie Village and Ojan in Lamawalang Village, not by politicians, not exploited in such a way that it spreads and drags the name of the tribe into public news and social media.
Initially, according to a spokesperson for the Lewar tribe, this issue was immediately responded to by the tribe. The reason is that FL (the victim) is a child of the Lewar tribe and according to Lamaholot custom, it is the tribe’s responsibility to take care of it. Surprisingly, the spokesman for the Lewar tribe continued, what is regrettable is the role of individuals who acted in the name of the tribe and took over this matter, including asking the perpetrator for money, which resulted in this matter not being resolved.
“This is not justified by being a broker in dealing with problems which, instead of having a good impact, are actually causing problems and straining relations between the two tribes,” stressed the spokesman for the Lewar tribe.
Basically, the Lewar Riangkemie tribe has responded to this matter with the Ojan tribe with traditional demands in accordance with Lamaholot culture, and has conveyed it to the Ojan tribe. Because as a tribe, our highest hope is that this matter will be resolved soon, this report file can be withdrawn immediately and the lives and future of these two children can go well in the future with the blessing of custom and the tribe. The simple consideration is the humanitarian aspect and the Lamaholot traditional cultural aspect.
“Hege tobo Lewo, Hege nalang Take (Anyone who lives in a village who has no wrongdoing,” said the spokesperson for the Lewar tribe in Lamaholot language.
“We support the Ojan family’s report, to be able to reveal the mastermind behind this matter properly without any political elements and it will actually make the lives of these two children miserable in the future,” concluded the spokesperson for the Lewar tribe.
From the information gathered by the media, the extended families of the Lewar Riangkemie tribe and the Ojan Lamawalang tribe will address the problems experienced by their two children with a series of traditional Lamaholot meetings as well as making a confirmation of their stance on this issue. A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
