Elevating Status to Investigation, Flotim Prosecutor’s Office Searches BKPSDM Office

REINHA.com – The East Flores District Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari) has again shown its seriousness in handling suspected corruption cases at the East Flores Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) office (Flotim).

The reason is that after the issuance of the investigation order on October 29 2025, the Flotim Prosecutor’s Office continued to carry out a series of witness examinations at the investigation stage and raised the status of the alleged corruption case in budget management for 2023, 2024 and 2025 to the investigation stage.

The Head of the Flotim District Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari), Teddy Rorie, SH.MH through the Head of the Intel section (Kasi), Mardogan Siregar, SH told this media after the search and confiscation of documents at the BKPSDM office (Friday, 14/11/2025), stated that the process of searching and confiscating documents today went well.

“This is part of the investigation stage of the alleged corruption case at the BKPSDM office which started on 11/10/2025),” said Mardogan.

The search and confiscation of these documents, continued Mardogan, was to complete the evidence needed for this alleged corruption. Because in the previous stages of the investigation, witness statements stated that there were parties who did not want to submit the documents required by the Flotim Prosecutor’s Office.

In this search, Mardogan explained, the Flotim Prosecutor’s Office confiscated a number of documents and cash.

“We found and confiscated 30 million in cash in the RKT room of the Head of BKPSDM,” explained Mardogan.

Regarding the amount of state losses in this alleged corruption case, said Mardogan, the Flotim Prosecutor’s Office has not yet confirmed the details.

“The state losses due to corruption will be conveyed to the public in the next stage, as well as potential suspects, after all stages have been fulfilled,” said Mardogan Siregar.

Regarding the scope of the alleged corruption, said Mardogan, the Flotim Prosecutor’s Office found a number of fictitious documents in budget management in 2024 and 2025.

“There are a number of facts about direct shopping related to the notes that were found. There was a lot of internal shopping in many shops totaling hundreds of millions of rupiah,” explained Mardogan.

The loss figures for several documents studied by the Prosecutor’s Office for East Timor, said Mardogan, in a year for several internal purchases at several stores, the total shopping receipts show hundreds of millions of rupiah and this is just a few internal purchases at several stores and the amount is already hundreds of millions of rupiah, all of which has not been calculated for the many internal purchases at other stores in a year.

“The total loss of hundreds of millions per year is certain and will be investigated in the investigation and it is certain that the number will continue to increase,” said Mardogan.

Mardogan continued this alleged corruption, the method was budget manipulation which we found in the investigation in 2024 and 2025, but in the investigation we also found the same method occurred in 2023 so in this alleged corruption case we focus on these three years.
