Four Days After the Earthquake, Flotim Regional Government Distributes Empty Aid Lists
REINHA.com – Four days after being hit by consecutive earthquakes until Sunday, April 12 2026, residents in East Solor District escaped the attention of the Regional Government of East Flores Regency. This confession was conveyed by residents of refugees affected by the earthquake in Labelen Village, East Solor District to this media (Sunday, April 12 2026).
The fact of poor service and disaster management in East Flores Regency is clearly visible in the aid list data sent by the Flores Regional Government. It’s sad that the list of refugee needs that was sent to the earthquake-affected areas did not include relief items.

There was no assistance from the Flotim Government to the affected villages in East Solor District, especially in Labelen Village, until the fourth day of the earthquake, this was acknowledged by Labelen Village resident, Syukur Kalelang, who was contacted by this media (Sunday, 12/4/2026).
The poor handling of disasters by the Flotim Regional Government has drawn criticism from former Member of the Flotim DPRD, Anton Bulet Rebon.
Anton Bulet Rebon to this media (Sunday, 12/4/2026) responded to the empty aid list data distributed by the Flotim Regional Government to the earthquake-affected areas in East Solor.
“It’s strange with the disaster management system designed by the Regent Antonius Doni Dihen’s government,” stressed Bulet Rebon.
The residents who were hit by the earthquake for 4 consecutive days, continued Bulet Rebon, did not need a long narrative from their leaders, but needed quick action from the Regional Government in handling the disaster under the command of Regent Anton Doni Dihen.
“I already suspected that the handling of this disaster would be delayed and not be as fast as the ambitious ideas of the Flotim Regional Government,” said Bulet Rebon.
In fact, continued Bulet Rebon, there is data on a list of aid distributed by the Regional Government which is not accompanied by assistance and the fact is that residents admit that up to today Sunday (12/4/202) there has not been any assistance in handling disasters by the Flotim Regional Government.
“This is a fact of bad development management, including in disaster matters, by the Flotim Regional Government under the leadership of Regent Anton Doni Dihen,” stressed Bulet Rebon.
Bulet Rebon hopes that the Flotim Regional Government will be more responsive to disaster conditions and the conditions of residents who are experiencing problems due to the impact of the earthquake.
Regarding complaints and criticism regarding the slow response of the Regional Government, Flotim Regent Antonius Doni Dihen could not confirm this until this news was published.
According to media records, the location of the earthquake was in the sea and was 21 kilometers southeast of Larantuka, Flotim Regency, NTT Province with a depth of 5 kilometers and hit 10 villages in two sub-districts in Flotim Regency. *** (MB)

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
